4. Personal Data and Privacy
Atonco SAS, as data controller, is committed to processing your personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, as amended.

The Atonco website does not require any user account creation. The personal data that may be collected is as follows:
- Contact / application form: first name, last name, email address, subject of request, message. Legal basis: consent (Article 6.1.a of the GDPR).
- Browsing data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, visit duration, via analytical cookies (see Section 7). Legal basis: consent (Article 6.1.a of the GDPR).
4.2 Purposes of Processing
The data collected is used exclusively for the following purposes:
- Responding to information requests and applications received via the contact form.
- Measuring and analysing website traffic in order to improve its functioning and usability (via Google Analytics, only after consent).
4.3 Data Recipients
The personal data collected is intended solely for the relevant internal departments of Atonco. It is never transferred, sold, or rented to third parties.
In the context of using Google Analytics (see Section 7), certain anonymised browsing data may be transferred to Google LLC servers, including outside the European Union. Such transfers are governed by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
4.4 Retention Period
- Contact form data: 3 years from the last contact.
- Application data (recruitment): 2 years after the last contact.
- Browsing data (analytical cookies): maximum 13 months from the deposit of the cookie.
